WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

We package on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you place your order after 1 pm on one of those days, it will go out the following shipping day.

ATTN International Shoppers: Customs fees / duties are an expense that you as the shopper are responsible for. I can’t control nor predict this expense.  Sonas San Francisco is not responsible for custom/duty fees.

WHAT IF I NEED THIS SENT ASAP?

Please email me at gerry@sonasdenim.com and let me know as soon as possible. I am happy to make an exception and I will do my best to get it sent out within the next 24 hours or if you're close by I may be able to drop it off at your home. 

I NEED TO MAKE A RETURN WHAT DO I DO?

First, review our return policy HERE to make sure it is eligible. Then, contact us via the email listed on our returns page. 

WHAT IS SHOP PAY?

Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments. You can't adjust the number of installment payments or the price range available for Shop Pay Installments.

You have the option to pay for orders between $50 and $3,000 USD, including discounts, shipping and taxes, in 4 installments. To use Shop Pay Installments, your shipping address needs to be in the United States. 

WHAT DOES TRUE TO SIZE MEAN?

We go by the fit consistent with our model who is a true size medium. We determine whether or not an item runs big or small depending on how our clothes fit him. 

 I'M NOT SURE IF THIS WILL FIT ME, CAN YOU HELP ME?

Yes! The quickest way to get a hold of me is through email here gerry@sonasdenim.com  Please send a photo of the product you're looking at with your average size range.  I will take it from there!
