We want to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If you don't love your new clothing by day 30, you can return/exchange them.
Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return:
- Is returned within thirty (30) days of our receipt of your purchase payment.
- Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
- Must have all tags still attached.
- Must be sent back in its original packaging.
- Worn Items
- Washed Items
- Items Damaged by User
- Items without Original Tags
- Used Item
If we've made a mistake:
Hey, we're not perfect. If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item, we'll pay for the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt, you may contact us at 415.691.9865 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll sort it out 😎.
Receiving your Refund
We'll begin processing your refund once we have received your returned item(s). Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days from the receipt of your return. We'll send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used from the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one to two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the credit card company that you use.
Items Purchased in Retail Store:
If you purchase our product from a retail store, you will need to return the item to the original place of purchase. Return policies vary between retail stores so please familiarize yourself with your local retail store policies. Any items shipped to us that have been purchased from a retail store will not be accepted and the item will be returned back to the sender.
